Rather than bloated processes and rotating department heads pointing blame, our owners stay directly involved—design certified, hands-on, and personally vested and responsible for every detail of your project.

Our Story
North Coast Bath and Shower was founded by husband-and-wife team Kylee and Paul Hanna, after years of working on opposite sides of the same industry and seeing the same problems from every angle. Through their combined experiences, they gained a deep appreciation for what makes a remodeling project truly successful: clear communication, skilled craftsmanship, and a team that feels valued at every level.
When they decided to open North Coast Bath and Shower, their goal wasn’t to reinvent the industry—it was to refine it, simplify the process for everyone involved, and create an experience that felt more intentional for both clients and craftsmen alike.
One of the most meaningful ways they do this is by putting a strong emphasis on an installer-first culture. Project Managing Partner
As Project Managing Partner, Paul brings years of experience overseeing hundreds of bathroom remodels across Northeast Ohio. He is design-certified and has extensive product knowledge across a wide range of brands and design lines, allowing him to guide each project from concept through completion with confidence and precision.
Paul co-founded the company with a belief that the remodeling experience could be approached more thoughtfully and intentionally. He places a strong emphasis on clear communication, quality execution, and taking care of the skilled tradespeople who install each project—because when the people behind the work are supported, the results speak for themselves.
Kylee Hanna
Operations & Design Partner
Kylee Hanna is a design-certified professional and an integral part of our team, specializing in the behind-the-scenes execution that brings exceptional bathroom transformations to life. With a strong focus on project coordination, scheduling, and administrative oversight, Kylee ensures every bath remodel runs seamlessly from concept to completion.
Her true forte lies in design and finishing work. Kylee leads the creative vision for more detailed projects, offering full concept design assistance that elevates bathrooms into refined, spa-inspired spaces. From curated wallpaper concepts and material selections to thoughtful finishing details, she approaches each project with a keen eye for cohesion, balance, and luxury.
By blending technical organization with creative expertise, our second founder bridges the gap between design and execution—ensuring that every bath space is not only looks beautiful but is meticulously planned, executed, and tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
