Rather than bloated processes and rotating department heads pointing blame, our owners stay directly involved—design certified, hands-on, and personally vested and responsible for every detail of your project.

Our Story
North Coast Bath and Shower was founded by husband-and-wife team Kylee and Paul Hanna, after years of working on opposite sides of the same industry—and seeing the same problems from every angle. Through their combined experiences, they gained a deep appreciation for what makes a remodeling project truly successful: clear communication, skilled craftsmanship, and a team that feels valued at every level.
When they decided to open North Coast Bath and Shower, their goal wasn’t to reinvent the industry—it was to refine it, simplify the process for everyone involved, and create an experience that felt more intentional for both clients and craftsmen alike.
One of the most meaningful ways they do this is by putting a strong emphasis on an installer-first culture.
